Here are our latest price guides, updated on August 3, 2007. Several changes have been made this time around. These price guides are designed by us to help you with your computer purchasing decisions. We are not implying that you follow our guides verbatim, but we think they are a pretty good foundation on which to part out a new rig.

Intel guides have been updated to fully account for the new Core 2 Duo chips and price drops. AMD Guides now take into account some of the massive price drops with some updated high-end motherboards. Plus, all peripherals and other components have been updated to reflect the cutting edge in current technology.

We plan to update these things more often, especially in the next couple of months, as some interesting new products will be coming out. Keep it locked on the FPS Labs front page for announcements that we've updated the price guides. Until then, happy shopping.
