Alright so I sold my pc-160's and now i'm looking for a usb headset. I'm leaning towards the dsp500/Gamecommpro1 but I'm not sure if these last long considering all the horror stories about them. Does anybody know if they're way better than the regular non-usb gamecomms? How is the bass? If i have a soundcard, and i have my speakers plugged into the soundcard, can i switch from headset to speaker through a control panel or somethin? I need as much info as possible.

I would still go siberia's over gameconn's because they cover your whole ears (thus it is more comfortable). Of course they work well if you take care of them (not drop them too hard or anything extreme).

1) Yes, they are way better than the non-usb ones
2) Bass is horrible.
3) Yes you can switch from it, I forgot how, too long ago :o

theyre good headphones. especially since they were supposed to fix a few things(IE: wiring for the mic). and you can switch devices as #2 stated. great headphones for audiophiles or gaming.

just dont hurt them. theyre too cute to be hurt.
