hey guys i just bought this lcd monitor and the colors on this thing are just awful..does anyone know the best way to fix it. i just want default colors!

change color to 9300k
that is if your screen looks brown/yellow.

Maybe the colors showing are the true colors and your previous monitor was a piece of sh*t? The 931c is gorgeous.

my last monitor was the syncmaster 997df, which is not a p.o.s. if u go on d2 on 1.6 the colors just look so dull and blotchy.

did you run the magictune software or whatever? I think theres 2 pieces of software that come with the monitor. Use both of them

rma it, i had that monitor and mine was defective. i searched on the web and it seems that i was not the only one that had that problem about the wrong colors.
for ex sometimes in css, in dust2 i could see random red spots across the map

install monitor drivers (ie color profile)
and run a monitor calibration tool (google.com)

In this order

install the monitor drivers
use magic tune for the samsung monitor, download the correct one for your monitor and OS
Use digital vibrance in the nvidia control panel
