converting m4a/flac to mp3

i need a program that converts FLAC/M4A formats to MP3 format.

You would be suprised at how well google can search things even when you type near sentences, it works quite well.

Maybe you can Notecable, I use this software to convert M4P, M4A, OGG, and Flac files to mp3, sometimes wma. It uses a virtual sound card to record the audio streams. The website is http://www.notecable.com

if you don't wanna use winamp, I would highly recommand dbpowereamp, the free version allows you to do all this, just make sure to download the right plugins
