How put cs at 100 fps?

I have tried everything but nothing work...

v-sync off
developer 1
fps_max 101

But nothing works...

Please Help Me!

Dont use developer "1".
cl_updaterate "101"
cl_cmdrate "101"
-freq 100 in launch options.
After that buy a new computer.

I have about 30 fps right now :/

lol Maybe it's illegal in competetive leagues, but I don't think it's illegal on public servers since it's no cheat or so. At least I never heard before you would get any advantage of developer 1.
