Simple question i dont expect to have a solution because its almost impossible, but here it goes.
How do i make the half-life/ source engine more GPU dependent? i know they are CPU dependent because on my pentium D i get 60 fps in hl2 low quality settings/ low res and in cs 1.6 i get 128 fps, 600x800 low quality. but for F.E.A.R i get 300+ fps in low quality and 187fps max on 16xQ AA/ 16xQ AF Maxiumim quality setting and high resolution.
Specs.
mobo : asus p5n-sli vga : msi nv8600gt twin turbo cpu : penitum d dual-core 2.8ghz mem : adata 2gb ram psu : forgot 430 watt
yes, i will upgrade if cant get my hl2 to run more than 100 fps
