I have a 7600gt, AMD 64 processor 3200+ , 2.01 GHz, and 1.00 GB of ram
I used to get 100 constant (with drops to 30, but that problem is fixed now).
I didn't go on the comp due to exams for 3-4 days, and when I opened up cs I had a weird problem. My fps wasn't constant 100, it flicked from values like 97.9-100 extremely fast
When I went ingame, it'd be the same, but if I looked down mid or something it drop to 85 and flicker around there extremely fast.
I have scanned for virus/adware, latest drivers, even got a new hard drive..any help? :(
ps: i'm windows xp with latest drivers installed...when I got my new hard drive cs was amazing, then randomly next this stuff started to happen again..agh
