Sorry for this post :p But when I start my I-pod video 30Go, it says " www.apple.com/fr/support/ " Of course, when I visited the link, it didn't help me ^^
search for whatever your problem is in google. you're definitely not the first person to have a problem with a video ipod and whenever my ipod screwed up that's how i fixed it. you just gotta use a little of that ingenuity.
What do you want us to say? You've given us no information to work with. After Googling the issue for an entire 5 seconds, I found the following:
"The message "go to www.apple.com/support/ipod" usually is preceded by, or followed by, the Apple logo or the sad face icon. It directs you to the Apple support site because either the iPod software is corrupted or their is a hardware problem. You should try to reset the iPod (try several times). If that doesn't right the iPod, then try to restore it (which will erase the entire iPod and reload the software."
