hey guys i have decided to build a new pc from scratch and i have $900-$1000 to do it with. I already have a hardrive but need a case, cpu, mobo, ram, psu, gfx card! thanks
i don't know what cpu/mobo will work good together etc thats why im asking for help if i went and bought suff that doesn't go well together i wouldn't be too happy.
yeah i already those hmm its amazing how much cheaper your parts are in the US but i guess its because of the currency im thinking i should maybe change the PSU. Your pc looks nice =)
well, I have the 450VX. The difference (the only one I know of) between HX and VX is that HX has modular cabling and VX does not. 520 will probably be no different to 550, so go for the HX.
450vx could power that computer fine (watts doesn't matter nearly as much as you think, it's more about quality), 520hx might be better for a future upgrade though. Looks fine, but I bet you could get 2 gigs of decent ram for cheaper, I got 2x1gb for $35 with rebate (not very good for ocing, but it's ok).
