pc build

My buddy is lookin for a new PC after his mobo just died. He is looking to spend around $800 and wants to be able to play the latest games (cod4/wow/hl2 etc.) He also needs an LCD (cheapo one) and a mobo w/ built in soundcard. Would anyone mind building him one?

Why isn't he simply getting a new mobo?
Can he save parts from that dead build?

Because he's not going to get really far with 800$ to get a new monitor + all new parts

Get that + 8800GT (from newegg.com) + Monitor+ Arctic Freezer 7 cooler...

Buy all smaller stuff at the closest computer store... like fans, DVD writers... etc.
