And i would spend a couple bucks more for an e8400 instead of that 8200. Oh yeah, get a RAM that the motherboard you chose supports :) (DDR2 1066), i would also suggest getting 2x2GB, it's cheaper.
the one with the antec case MIGHT not cut it. and you could always afford to have something a little bit more powerful if you decide to upgrade in the future.
Antec PSU's are usually of good quality if I recall right, so no need to spend too much on getting another one. And wait for 21st July to get that CPU, there's gonna be a fall of price @ Intel. (not sure if it's worldwide)

~ar4k.
I too would also get at least the E8400.
And there's no ifs, ands, or buts about getting RAM compatible w/ your motherboard.. :)

You could also look for the E7200 If you want your computer a little cheaper, and to allow you to get the HD4850 and a good powersupply.
& this PSU, much much better. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct..
Most definitely get the HD4850 instead of the 8800GT, you might need some cooling for the HD4850 though as it does get quite hot.
