new rig

Ok ive posted for help on building a new comp ive found things i was intrested in for a good price leave some comments!

if on a MOBO the memory standard is 1066 does that mean i can't get 800? or it just won't run optimal preformance? - *ANSWERED

You should get a graphics card.

The RAM will just not run at the maximum board's speed, which doesn't matter at all.

If you don't want it to be performing as well as it can.

His processor has a high multiplier (12), therefore he would be good with shitty 667mhz ram.
Even for overclocking.

You can't notice a difference between 667 and 800, but you don't want to mix 667mhz ram with the E8400.

so i should choose a cheaper set of ram cuz im trying to save as much $$ as possible.

Yea #11 is right, it's not worth spending that money to upgrade, cause it wont be that good anyway =/
