8400 vs q6600

8400 for games q6600 for multitaskings both are good for games thought

depends on how much money you have, but if you're looking at an 8800gt get a 4850

if you want an e8400 and ati 4850 combo, you're going to have to buy a new mobo (any P35 or P45 by msi, gigabyte, or asus is fine). correct me if im wrong, your current mobo only supports amd cpus?

E8400 without OCing, Q6600 with. Also, 9800GTX+ beats HD4850 slightly in benchmarks.
