another mousepad thread yay i had my qckmini for yearssss and now since i got a deathadder i wanna upgrade it to a bigger pad. i like the cloth pads. some people say qck+heavy or mantis control? or shud i just buy 1 off bestbuy?

since many users have had skipping problems with da&qck combo, i'd suggest you get everglide titan or razer goliathus control (same as mantis control, just newer and different design) depending on whether you prefer smooth and precise surface or rough and controllable surface
To be honest , the goliathus control is a very good mousepad so I suggest you use the Deathadder and goliathus CONTROL ( if you are looking for control ) OR the SPEED pad , the goliathus pads are awesome and more precise than the Mantis imo.
This thread is helping me a TON too because I have a DA and was JUST thinking about getting a better mousepad for it. right now I have an Aqua 3 from Xray.
My question is, since I'm a low sens 1.6 player(takes me most of my pad to do a 180), does that mean I hsould be buying the "control" designed pads over the speed ones?
And does the DA really work better on cloth as opposed to hard?
i bought speed edition medium size ...and as for olba it was metaphorically related not like its butter ... it was supposed to mean that mouse movement is really smooth..hope u get it :P
I would recommend an everglide titan, don't get the fnatic edition because after it wares off and loses its colour the tracking screws up and you'll end up buying a new one, anyways i really recommend using a black mouse pad or something dark, and in my option the right choice is an everglide titan.
i tried qck heavy with my DA and it felt kindaa ok ,nothing special..but then with razer goliathus speed it was absolutely fragulous [lol ,is it even a word?]..i use 6/11 windows 900dpi 1000hz polling rate cs sensitivity of 3 and 2 no force commands ..thats pretty much 180 degrees in one swipe and its not even skipped once ...i wud say goliathus would be the best choice for deathadder..hope this helps :)
razer goliathus control and DA is cheats man I swear...can't wait for them to actualyl start selling the salmosa so I never have to buy another mouse or mousepad again

Oh and I recommend the Destructor from Razer to go with the deathadder. smooooooth, but its not cloth.
