my g15 isnt getting recognized by my computer. One of the red lights on the keyboard lights up but thats it, also my steelseries usb soundcard isnt working,the installation works but at the very end it says the installation failed and i need to restart my computer, still doesnt work tho..
ive plugged in the parts and then installed the drivers, also did it vise versa after uninstalling/re-installing the drivers
any help getting either of these working would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)

try your kit on another pc, if they work fine then i'd suggest looking at possibly a new mobo, or plugging them in to other ports
