Hey guys i just installed a radeon hd 3850 and i turned on my pc and was all pumped to play some games when it sadly dosent work that great im having real problems i started up RO and i dont really know how to explain it but word are like slighty overlaped it looks like and it was so laggy i couldnt even move! Please help i also just installed a new psu so i dont know if that would have anything to do with it but please help me

Hmm... for the overlapping words try turning off Anti-Aliasing in your Control Panel this is known to cause issues with a lot of foreign developed MMOs.
I need more details to be able to further help you.
Post a DXDiag if you can by doing Start -> Run -> type in: DxDiag -> Popup Box Hit No -> Save All Information -> Copy Text From The Text File Produced And Paste Into A Post @ GF?

I can't really pinpoint the problem over the internet and it's not your fault... the DXDiag checks out everything is in check there... The best thing I can recommend is to reformat the PC.
It didnt work. i tryed to play dod and it was realy laggy and graphics were F.. Ked up like parts of walls were missing n stuff please help me :) i didnt uninstall the ones i installed first with the CD tho

for you saying the walls were messed up it sounds like artifacting so the fan on it might not be working correctly
Why won't you reformat anyway?
That would solve your problems for sure.
If anything get the NEWER drivers from ATI's website.
