iTunes problem

Hey, I'd recently reformatted my comp because of virus problems. I reinstall everything back and randomly I get bsod's.. I narrowed it down to iTunes because every time I try and open it, it happens..

I'm Using Windows XP SP3.

E6400 @ 3.2GHz | 2GB Kingston DDR2 PC6400 RAM | eVGA 8800GTS 320MB | Asus P5N-D SLI | 320GB HD

reformat again and dont install itunes.

use CCleaner and fix the corrupt registries
