So I've got an AMD FX-55 clocked at 2.6ghz, single core, 2 gigs of ram, and two 7950gt's SLI'd. Would I get extra life out of this rig if I purchased a 9800GT? I'm looking for an extra year or two.
with the fx, i wouldn't upgrade. it might be better, but i wouldn't see the need. save for a new comp a year from now instead of buying a card now and still needing a new one a year later
worthwhile upgrade?
