I've been looking into a monitor to get by the end of the year(using a TV&1360x768&30+ms response, UGH). I've been looking into this affordable LG thats at 1600x900 to take advantage of the ultra wide 16:9 FOV, and it's aspect ratio is a good 50,000:1, and it uses 2ms response ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp.. ). But, I've heard good things about the 120hz samsung monitor, or the upcoming 120hz monitors. But, it's 16:10(so a little limiting in FOV), 1/5 the contrast ratio, and 3x the price O_o. Is it worth it for the 120hz vs, that LG monitor?

I don't know why anyone would limit themselves to 60 FPS when there is a choice.
