Also, I need a new case. The one i have now is terrible, only has one fan/power button needs to be held down for random increments of time to turn it on. Only playing 1.6 but getting FPS drop in smokes
a 4670 will get u 100 fps constant in cs. no doubt. i got it and even if there are 10 smokes it wont go down. but of course your processor has some play in your performance in games also. but that is a decent processor so the upgrade to a 4670 will be fine. they are only around 70 bucks on newegg.

4670 and above will be fine
HD4670/HD4770
a little overkill for just one game.. i suggest a 4770 since it really is a beast card (in SLI it's amazing too)
