Alright so I finished putting together my computer, but when I try to turn it on, it will turn on for like a second (all the fans light up, the Disk Drive LED lights up, and the fan on the GPU spins. It will to this for like a second, stop, and then 3 seconds later, turn on again. It keeps doing this over and over.
HELP ME!

i was just joking.. DON'T put ketchup on your CPU o_o unless you like ketchup + processors for dinner.
and whats your problem? is your PC turning off or you talking about the GPU fan?
Power is still in the mobo though because RED leds are on after they stop spinning.
Then like 3 seconds later, they will spin a little more, for about a second and shut off again.
It just does this over and over
