I used a Salmosa for the better part of a year before switching to the Kinzu. I played with the Kinzu for just a shade over 2 weeks and fell in love with it - it's a little bit heavier than the Salmosa but the buttons are more better (less squeaky to boot) and the difference in lift-off distance is note-worthy.
I switched back to my Salmosa 3 days ago on a whim, and the Razer mouse is just better. It tracks much better and I have to admit I didn't even notice the negative acceleration until I switched back to the Salmosa.
As a fair if not mundane comparison, they are both driverless 1.1 clones. The Kinzu is better in almost every aspect except the one that counts.
Got a Salmosa a week ago and love it, like a mini Deathadder. I don't like to palm the mouse like the Deathadder forces you to do and I have small hands so I <3 my Salmosa.
