i'm 100% sure salmosa is lighter than the g1 and krait, and probably the lightest mouse you can buy. you can tell easily just by holding it that its lighter than those 2 mouses. The weight you got was probably with the cord. If i remember correctly someone weighed it with a scale and found out it to weight 54 grams

g1 without cord is 80. krait around there too. The second i put my hand on the salmosa and picked it up i could easily feel that it was lighter than any other mouse i ever used including the wmo, g1 and krait. I could easily tell its significantly lighter than any of those mice. I actually felt it was too light

salmosa is not the lightest of the three and is known to have many problems with lift off distance usb not responding and is very small only buy it if u use a claw grip.

I have mx300 and I have removed the weight and its very light but i would suggest not removing the weight because when u assemble the mouse again the mwheel and its components are very feeble and it would fvck the mwheel. You can get the g1 its very good and its easily available on ebay.

I'm not going to comment on the exact weight issue, i haven't sat there with a scale to weigh my mice. But #26... really? Usb issues? LOL. Theres no issue except peoples motherboards not being able to handle 1000hz. Not razers fault. And yes theres liftoff distance issues.... with every 3G mouse. The sensor tracks too well. Kinda an oxymoron there.
