Windows 7 Uploading Issue

When i upload or send files no matter how big it is...it will jump to 100 percent in 5 seconds...but it's still sending. Is anyone else having this problem ? and if you had this problem and fixed it, how did you fix it ?

#5 it isn't a brand new os. Its been out since vista was released. Vista being the beta of course :)

another thing my volume is on max in control panel etc but my volume in reality is only producing at about like 50 percent
