This is a beast. If you're new to computer building, it is also not for you. For some of the extreme cooling accessories to properly fit, a moderate amount of case modding is required. However, in spite of the cost and effort, it is worth it. Skilled overclockers have used the Vapochill Lightspeed to bring Athlon64's past 4 GHz and beyond. So if you've got a lot of money to spend and are an experienced overclocker, look no further than this system. However, if you're new to the scene, I'd suggest the air overclocking system.

Good thing you used the case I bought about a month ago, it is the best case I've ever laid eyes on. I could argue the Opteron choice, but I'm lazy. Would still be a nice system though. I should actually setup some benchmarks when I get my new system to throw up on here.

that vapochill lightspeed cooling unit is hardcore.. costs as much as computers or two 7800gtx's but from the speeds you get out of it is deffiently worth it. Thats insane....

Why not throw in a GPU water cooling block?

The rest of it is what dreams are made of.

Id replace that Hydor pump with a Swiftech MCP655, its worth the extra money. I also recomend not getting an Acrylic res, I made that mistake once.

BTW I would change the mobo for a DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR expert, it's one if not the best overclocking board, actualy any LANPARTY board will reach much highter clocks than the rest
