3D graphics finally to appear in future iPods, intime for Apple movie download perhaps?
"Nvidia has apparently won a major design win for Apple Computer Inc.'s next-generation video iPod product line — at the expense of Broadcom. Apple's current video iPod line is said to use an MP3 processor from PortalPlayer Inc. and a multimedia chip from Broadcom. The chip designs have been up for grabs for the next-generation video iPod, which has been delayed and due out in the first half of 2007."

The fact that NVIDIA has presented a design that incorporates all the existing features along with new 3D graphics capability practically presented Apple with a no-brainer to power its next generation and much rumored video iPod. Would it be fair to say that full-fledged movie downloads will be available as well? Stay tuned.
